Mill Street Brewing’s
West Coast Style IPA
For Mill Street Brewery’s newest addition to their core brands, a West Coast Style IPA, we decided to put bold typography at the forefront, integrating letterforms with illustration. The letter A’s distinctive crossbar sprouts a twisting stem of hops, with leaves and cones growing wild over tall, architectural typography. The use of a bold, graphic style, drawn in an extremely limited palette of solid green and white, allowed us the flexibility to print on cans, various boxes, as well as screen printing directly on glass bottles.
